Elastic waist changed!

I liked these pants so much that I ordered another 2 pairs, but the elastic waist was completely different in the second set. I see that other people were complaining about the elastic being too flimsy, so they must have listed and they altered the pants so now there is now a 3 inch wide elastic holding up the pants. Not only is the elastic tighter around my waist, but it is also wider, so it changed the crotch depth. I had to order 1 size up for the new cut to fit comfortably. But they still look great. Only problem now is the 3 inch wide elastic folds over inside the waist and I have to flatten it out.
