When we received the computer, it would freeze on a black loading screen after the initial "update". Never even got the computer fully on. Sent the computer back for repair, and when we received it again, the issue had not been fixed. Did they receive it and immediately send it back? We are waiting for a refund currently, but I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.
