Easy to make

I have now purchased this kit 2x's. It is delicious. Easy to make. The first time I made it, I forgot it was a kit. I was thinking I had to all the spices, I started arranging the spices on my counter; then I realized everything was already in the mix. I was having a sleepless night, I decided to make this kit. That's what happens when one get no sleep.

An easy, convenient, versatile kit!

I've been baking for a long time and found this to be quite the convenience! I recently had to provide a dessert for a work luncheon and since I had been sick, I really did not feel like doing the "from-scratch" baking. The kit comes with an entire can of Libby's pumpkin and calls for 4 eggs. This combo, I believe, leads to the super-moist, extra pumpkin-y flavor. No artificial flavors, either. My husband loved it, my work colleagues loved it, I love it and I am super-picky about my pumpkin desserts. Excellent idea!
