The collar itself looks nice and fits my cat reasonably well, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the tracking system. The device relies on a hub and emits an extremely loud beeping sound when activated. Instead of helping me locate my cat, the noise frightened him so badly that he ran even farther away. For a tracking collar intended for cats, this feature seems counterproductive. I would like to have seen a true GPS tracking system to show me where my pet was instead of impairing his hearing. I was also unaware that this was an imported item. At no point during the ordering process did I realize I would be charged additional import fees. When I later reviewed my bank statement, I discovered an unexpected import tax charge. Had I known about the extra fees, the longer-than-advertised shipping time, and the potential cost and difficulty of returning the item if I was dissatisfied, I would not have made the purchase. Overall, while the collar looks good and fits well, the tracking functionality and lack of transparency regarding import costs made this a disappointing experience.
