Salads are always good and healthy for you.

These salad kits are quick and easy to prepare and are healthy. They taste great and give you a fast way to get your veggies. My wife broils some chicken breast and cuts it up with the salad in about 15 minutes we have a complete meal. Sometimes she cooks some French fries to mix with the salad. Yum. I'm getting hungry thinking about that salad.

This is a great salad. I buy arugula (my favorite) and I mix it with this salad. I add sweet onions, baby bell peppers and carrots and I've got a salad big enough to last a few days. The creamy poppyseed dressing is delicious! Wish I could buy a bottle of it!

Mild tasty dressing and filling salad mix

I like this salad kit as I can make 2-3 small salads with it or one large dinner salad (for one person, I mean) and it tastes good. It has poppy seed dressing which is creamy but lighter and mild but delicious. The kit has seeds and berries for topping and the kale mix is quite filling. There are usually a couple of stems that I have to remove in each bag that I would prefer not be there, but other than that I really love the salad and it gives me energy and makes me feel like I'm eating healthy along with being a delicious meal or side dish. Recommended!!
