Super fluffy, no strange taste/odor, easy to keep/clean resealable packaging!

I had a good experience with this product! Compared to the types of AP flour I've bought in the past, it is much fluffier and has an easier time mixing together. It even resembles a cream colored powdered sugar almost moreso than flour. It has no distinct flavor, which is nice. I've used it to make the crepes (yes they are crepes, I usually make them a little thicker so I can form them into bowls!) and some cookies, all which felt soft. The way it's resealable is a very nice touch and makes me more confident keeping it. Since the packaging is plastic, it's easy to wipe off and keep clean. To be honest, I don't believe it's anything revolutionary, but it's definitely one of the best AP flours I've tried!

Quick, easy, and good

I used ½ tsp. baking soda, an egg, and some buttermilk and melted butter to make the quickest, fluffiest, and most delicious tasting pancakes from this mix. I may never again make my family's pancakes from scratch! Dee-LISH!

Easy for beginners to cooking

I was excited to get cooking with the all-purpose mix! I made pizza dough, and it was perfect. No sifting required easy to use, and it was a phenomenal outcome!
