I would recommend while also saying size up up (that's twice up) now I usually always size up and get XL in my swimsuits (usually wear L's for everyday) but even these were too small. They pinched my ho-has and ta-tas I couldn't even wear them for a second let alone to try and swim in. They are very pretty, the material is nice and it's not see-through which is my biggest thing.
