I've been using this Contigo 16 oz bottle mostly for my protein shakes and it's been working really well for me. One of the biggest things I like is that it's completely leakproof- i can just throw it in my gym bag without stressing about spilling. I usually make my protein shake with hot milk and it handles that just fine. It is perfect for single serving- not too big but still enough to get the job done.
