GET THE FASHION FACTS:

What is a Mini Waistband? A Mini Waistband is designed to be smaller and narrower than a standard waistband. Mini Waistbands generally create a cinched waist look and provide contrast between the waist and the hips.

What types of bottoms use Mini Waistbands? Mini waistbands for women can be found on all types of bottoms—jeans, leggings, trousers and skirts. The most popular category is denim; mini waist jeans help cinch the waist for a more balanced look with wide-leg jeans, barrel jeans, cargo jeans and more.

How do you style Mini Waist Jeans? The secret to pulling off this look is maintaining focus on the cinched midsection—think baby tees, lingerie-inspired camis and bodysuits. You want to avoid any extra bulk that hides the unique mini construction.

Love!

Love these for summer! I'm 5'8 and 174 lbs, have curvy hips, smaller butt and a tummy that isn't flat haha. I usually wear a size 10 pants. Drawstring is perfect, gives adjustable waist and stays tied. They are lightweight. Definitely going to be my summer jeans! I got a medium after looking at another girls review and they are perfect. I have wiggle room too so I think someone in a 12 could get a medium.

Very good quality

Excellent quality, soft, perfect color; it has small pockets but no back pockets. It is very long—since I'm 5'2”—but it's worth having one. I'm a size S with a 28-inch waist; since I didn't see measurements in the description, I would have preferred to size down, but this works. I'm including the measurements here so you have an idea. The downside is that I received the jeans in a Walmart grocery bag.

Not see through!

LOVE! Finally found a true white pant that is not see through. They run a bit big and I had them hemmed because I wear flats. (I'm 5'5”) Would be perfect with heels or wedges.
