Feels like 100% plastic. Definitely not silicone.

“Silicone” is possibly 3 to 5% if that of the washing ball. Walmart needs to better vet products and sellers. Most of us are avoiding plastics. Very dishonest to claim they are silicone when they are hard plastic. The seller also sent less than what was purchased.
