Sturdy and well-made

The lift-top is smooth and surprisingly useful, and I'm really happy with it. The walnut finish looks good in person and fits perfectly with our mid-century style furniture. It feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some flat-pack pieces can be.

Great once you figure out the assembly

It was hard to install the lifting mechanism. We had to take the spring (not sure what to call it) apart. It was the only way to screw it in, because that spring/arm was blocking access to screw it in. It wobbles a bit lifting it up and putting it down, but for the price and style, it's worth a bit of wobble. It's a great table for the price and storage you get.

The lift-top mechanism is smooth and sturdy, allowing for easy adjustment. It’s perfect for eating, working, or using a laptop from the couch. The storage compartment underneath the top is spacious.
