I worked in trucking, warehouses, maintenance, etc. I've worn many workboots. My favorite pair are Timberlands which cost about $130 (7 years ago). They are very well built and virtually indestructable. znow retired, I still wear the same pair when doing yardwork. I bought a pair of these Ablanczoom workboots from Walmart. They are surprisingly well made, for the price of $28. And they had a size 13. Leather or leather and man-made upper (?). Waterproof or water resistant (?). Thick insole cushion with well cuahioned heel pad. Steel toes. Heavy sole is supoosed to be puncture proof. Wesring them, they are definitely on the heavier side. In fact, they remind me of my Timberlands, which are heavy. For me, the weight is a sign of quality. I have steeltoe workboots from other brands, which feel quite disappointing. Very light weight. They do present me with any level of confidence. These boots are 80% less expensive than my Timberlands. If you are tight on cash but need a good solid workboot, you might want to give these a try. For the price, I am definitely impressed by the quality I can see and feel. Highly Recommended. Good luck! I cannot speak of the long term wear as I just received them today.
