Time and Tru Women's Pleated Waist Cotton Mini Dress, Sizes XS-XXXL

This is a great and comfortable casual dress! I bought it in the blue and white striped. It's very flattering looking, but not too tight in the waist. I'm sometimes a size XS or Small, but the Size Small fit me the best. I'm normally a Size 2, but I didn't want it to be real tight and form fitting. Overall, I would say it runs true to size, but if you were in-between sizes, I would go up as I think this also will shrink a little bit in the wash.

This is a great purchase for summer! Hits right at the knee, so right length for work. Shape is flattering. More fitted in the middle, but not too tight. This runs true to size. I typically size down in time and tru, but this one is true to size.
