Excellent Quality, easy to assemble.

The bike is of excellent quality! It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and concise. My only regret was my height, while only 180cm, I have very long legs and it made it uncomfortable to peddle and steer, as my knees were too close to the handle bar %26 controls. I would suggest a max height of 177cm or less. It is a high quality product and but for my long legs and the issue it caused, I would have kept it! Enjoy!

Cruising

I have added mirrors to see behind as well as a seat with a back rest and a tad more padding other than that the speed was great and it has get up and go and makes life much easier for getting around.

Brand New Bike Not Working – Need Replacement

I ordered this electric bicycle on September 19, 2026, and it was delivered on September 21, 2026. Unfortunately, the bike has not worked properly since I received it. I fully charged the battery, installed and locked it correctly, and turned the key on, but the display/screen does not stay on. The lights, horn, and other electrical functions are also not working. I have already tried charging and checking the battery several times, but the bike still does not work. I am requesting a replacement of the same bike in good working condition. Please test the replacement before shipping it to me. If a working replacement is not available, I would like a full refund.
