Want this taken care of by walmart

Received bike and assembled it per the directions, put charger on for 24hrs and nothing works, tried reaching out to the seller twice , and have received nothing back. I also purchased the 2 year protection plan and have not received anything from Walmart either. What a scam, 3 year old will be disappointed this Christmas
