Horrible experience!!!

I ordered a pair of boots (12/17/25) waited over a month for them called Walmart automatic service when they didn't arrive by the date they were to be delivered and was told they were delayed!! Ok I waited a little longer and finally got a msg stating they were out for delivery 1/28/26!! Super excited for my boots only to get Mokani Caulk Tape Waterproof Self Adhesive!!!! Not BOOTS !!!! I will never order anything from this company or 3 party companies on Walmart.com!! I will say once I finally got to talk to a live person. Walmart customer service was excellent.

Never received, never refunded

I never received these and it was marked as delivered even even though it said it was still out for delivery on the 28th all of a sudden it said it was delivered on the 24th. I'd like to get my money back since I never received this item.
