Item arrived flat with no filling and could not be used without buying a 30 ounce bag of poly filling which cost $15 and spending about two hours filling it because the fill hole is so tiny. When all was said and done, though this is a great product and my grandson love

Didn't read the full description. it would have been great if it was already stuffed maybe see if they can already be stuffed I think you would get more sales.
