my son picked this up for his teacher just to thank her for being so awesome. I hope she likes it I think it's quite lovely personally and the great thing about it is it comes in all different colors for birthstone this is not her birthstone but it's one of her favorite colors and I let my son pick between the green and the purple he chose to go with purple. I'm not sure about how well this is made quality wise from what I can tell the chain is a bit thin so you might want to upgrade to a more solid chain. I definitely recommend this to someone that doesn't have very much money but wants to get something quite pretty for her mother sister significant other etc
