A total let-down

I went to an actual Wal-Mart store, thinking there would be winter boots for sale, in January, in Wisconsin. Of course there weren't any, so I had to order online. I picked a size based on all the other times I bought footwear for my kids in the store. And of course I find out after they were delivered that they are too small. Now I have to start all over again while my kid has to wear boots with holes in them. I'm not happy at all.
