Blokees Transformers Model Kit Classic Class 21 Movie 3 Jet Wing Optimus Prime

I collect these blokees and continue to have problems with damaged boxes I understand that is no big deal if I was opening the item and using it but I don't I buy them new and put them in air seal cases unopened so the y hold a higher value but iv received more than 10 that were damaged and Walmart makes me return them or they send a new one and say keep the damaged ones but I don't want duplicates I just want one that's new and in new condition that's it this is how I received this one and let me say it was way over priced and there brand new hard to find In stock at the price I found it near 35$ Blokees site it's only 28$ I'm trying to get a replacement but my chat resulted with a refund and promo but then at the end of chat it said it will go to a different department to be approved and that was 3 days ago maybe 2 and still haven't seen any funds added or even somewhere on the purchase area that's show refund or something it just shows that it wants a review so I'm leaving what they want with photos of the over priced damaged item I received the photos show what looks like someone used a ballpoint pen to write something and the imprint when threw to the box then other photos you don't need an explanation to the damage please Walmart resend me a new item u can have this back or please return my money and you can pick up the return but I can't be home during those hours if I can leave it outside on camera I will return it like that please Walmart respond to this review
