Furniture of America Carriage Kids Twin Metal Bed, Pink

I bought two of these beds for my twin girls. They love it!!!!!! It was easy to put together and it looks classy. The materials to make this bed are a nice quality. When this bed was put together it looked more like a bed you would buy from a furniture store. All of my friends were impressed.

Adorable bed! My 4-year-old was over the moon when she saw it. I ordered the box spring along with the mattress because I read another review that mentioned without the box spring they feared their active sleeper kiddo could get caught up in various bars. My kiddo is also an active sleeper so I didn't want to take any chances. The box spring definitely helps in that department but it does make the bed quite high off the ground. We've had it about a month and she rolled off the bed for the first (and hopefully last) time last night. She was OK - no severe injuries. Just sad she woke up to falling off her bed. As you can see from the picture, the bed is HUGE! It takes up a lot of real estate in her room. But it's so attractive it doesn't overwhelm the space. It's like a natural centerpiece. Everyone who sees it is wowed by it! The wheels make it so the bed doesn't fit flush against the wall. So she could potentially roll off either side. I'm trying to find some railings or something I can add to the sides to guard against that happening again. I also paid extra to have someone come out and put it together as, just by looking at the picture, I knew that would be a project that would get me swearing up a storm. I wasn't about to put myself (or anyone within earshot of me) through the aggravation. The handyman was on time and put it together probably within a half hour all by himself. It was worth every penny! I'm glad it was an option!
