You need to remove ice as soon as it's done, transfer to a cookie sheet, place in freezer, leave in for 5 minutes or until the ice is ready to empty again. Remove the cookie sheet from the freezer and tap it on the bottom and break the ice into individual pieces and freeze in bag or bowl MAKES PERFECT ICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
