missing batteries and tools .

bike was missing both batteries along with the tools that where supposed to be in the box along with the ebike itself . I'm very disappointed that after waiting almost a week to receive the ebike that I now have to wait for a refund just so I can have to wait to purchase another ebike to replace the one I already paid for and also have to wait and not have any mode of transportation.
