Absolutely terrible trees

I ordered three of these trees, one came in last week and it's fine. This one came in yesterday and there is black gooey cement like stuff all over it. You can even pull it out of the box. I'm still waiting on one more to be released but if you're smart you'll avoid buying from this seller. You wait weeks for the item to come and then it comes damaged and unusable. Pictures included for fun!
