Allways Check Your Seat Mount
This is a good product in you haven't check yours do it next time you sit in it.I learn the hard way unknown to me the person I bought my boat from had broke the cylinder that the pin slides thru and he weld it without the right equipment.Needless to say I was sitting one cold morning fishing as usual when I cast my plug out it snapped.Next thing I knew I was about ten feet under.Thank god I had my automatic inflating life jacket on and it brought me to the top of the water.Lost my brand new rod and real,my glasses and a cell phone. So believe me this is a good fixture but beware of all your equipment your life may depend on it.

This seat bases seem to be well made and are easy to install. Mate easily with my existing Attwood seats. I thought the price was a bit high since no mounting bolts were included with the bases causing me an extra trip to the hardware store after receiving the bases. Service from Walmant was excellent - shipped to an alternate store closer to where I keep my boat and they came in even quicker than the expected shipping time.
