I ordered this item and I got a metal piece for a bumper retainer instead. I re-ordered my 9 x 20 picture frame and received a second piece of metal, another bumper retainer. I got refunded and resubmitted in order for the same picture frame, from the same seller and received, yes, you've guessed it, a third bumper retainer. Walmart customer service suggested not buying from this retailer
