All 5 arrived broken!

DO NOT BUY! I ordered 5 of what I thought would be darling halloween gifts - ALL 5 arrived broken! One had only 1 eye, 4 had broken tails, 1 had a broken bottom panel... none are usable. Also, the package, boxes and ghosts smell terrible, which I don't understand at all. It's such a cute idea that couldn't be executed more poorly. Such a bummer.
