I purchased these shorts to wear for walking and they're perfect for that. The pockets are big enough for my iPhone and the shorts don't ride up while walking. They do wick away moisture and I love the length. I did find them to be true to size,but with that being said I do not wear them as high waisted shorts. I'm about 185 lbs. and I had purchased a Large. The gray color is nice and not see through.
