Milani Highly Rated Fan Club Fanning Mascara, Black 110

You can see clearly see the difference - my lashes looks longer, fuller and way more defined without needing multiple layers. It adds great volume while steel keeping the lashes separated, not clumpy like many others. Overall it gives this wow effect without looking heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Highly Rated Fan Club Fanning Mascara was my first eye product by Milani to try and I was very impressed. The packaging was so beautiful, I am in love with the pink & black color of the tube with the gold letters. It comes with 2 different colors of black and brown which are really great wearing for different occasions. What really stood out to me was the opening of the mascara's with no clumps on the bristles leaving both mascara's with a nice nourishing look. Applying was very easy, instantly lifting and lengthening my eyelashes as it defined every lash. The end results absolutely exceeded my expectations and I am really pleased with how well these mascara's worked with my lashes. I definitely recommend this product to all makeup lovers to try.
