Walmart's leggings have been a staple for me for a very long time. I sorry to see that they are slowly disappearing. No Boundaries seems to be gone, Time and Tru the same. Only these Terra and Sky seem to be available. I am 5'3", a consistent 175lbs, 40x38x45 and I have been buying the 0X for years, but this summer I noticed that they are smaller. I put a new pair over a pair from last year, and there was an inch of fabric on either side showing on the old pair compared to the new pair. The 0X that has always been a 14 plus, but now fits more like a 10/12 and I have had to size up to a 1X.
