I have always wanted a foot massager and I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one. I have used it every day since I got it. This has helped my plantar fascia in my left foot tremendously as I ruptured it about six months ago. There are four features to this massager: timer, heat level, compression level, and kneading speed. There is a remote control for the unit, which is very convenient. I am definitely a fan of the compression with this foot massager the rolling balls on the bottom of my feet feel great but the compression and the heat make a difference as well. I highly recommend this foot massager.
