Not as soft as I was expecting

I bought this recently and have two Are the rugs that I previously purchased from rugs.com. This one is my least favorite due to the fact that the material in it isn't quite as plush or soft as the previous rugs I've purchased. It works in the space that I bought it for but it's not my favorite.
