This is an inexpensive option. I love the little fireplace effect on the front. It heats up very quickly. The oscillating feature is nice. I live it a studio in about 300 sf. estimated.it will heat this whole place plus bathroom, its been in the 20s here and teens at night. Definitely takes the bite out of the air in my place. The neg. The remote only works close up. cute feature but unnecessary. The power (on) button works with both touch and remote. But NOT to turn (off). i have to unplug it to shut it off. That's the worst thing about it. The up and down temp, you can adjust, but this always heats up to 70 degrees. I'd prefer to adjust it to my liking but not happening. it also has a fan feature. I'm not sure I'll use this in the summer months. I will continue to use it because i needed a good space heater, because it is very cold here in winter. so it you are looking for just that, you will like it . i may reach out to the makers, idk. im satisfied with the product.
