No bladder, No use

The item itself is lightweight and a great size. It seems to be of decent quality and as described being, except for it was missing the water bladder, therefore leaving it useless. I've tried contacting the seller three different times to see if I could get a bladder or if I could return it and order a new one in hopes of receiving one with the fitting bladder it states is included however, have not received a response back. If it would've had the bladder, I would've rated it 5 stars.

Hydration backpack doesn't come with the water bladder. Even though it's in the picture .
