nice chair, it is model M76 . mine arrived with a broken arm but, after many tries with customer service got through and they sent me two replacement arms. I am 6'7" and I asked if they had a taller seat post. they sent me a longer post right away and I am very comfortable in the chair. I am happy with the chair and am thinking about buying another.

This chair fits me perfectly. I was hesitant because it says Big and Tall, and I'm a 5'4" woman, but it is absolutely perfect. The white color is stunning, very classy, and the comfort level is a 10. It is too small for my husband who is 6', but I didn't get it for him. I recommend it highly for women.
