When my daughter flew out on her big trip the other day, we realized that her backpack/personal item was too heavy for her to carry without risk of injury. Since she is planning a cross country trip with lots of stops and going in and out of hotels, it really mattered that she be able to comfortably transport her things. And, since she hopes to leave for college soon, I wanted something she could use around campus, too. I ordered this backpack, and it's great for the job. It holds her computer and all the other needed items for a big trip - meds, reading materials, crochet supplies, and anything you'd throw in a purse. It is not a padded bag, so a laptop sleeve or other padding will be important. The handle and wheels work the way they should. And price point is better than comparable bags elsewhere. Pleased with this purchase.
