This was so well packaged, I verbally said “wow”. I really love the extra detail and “high end feel” of how these shoes are packaged. I rotate my shoes per season and they often get scuffed up. These came with a slips for each shoe. I own well known shoe brands that don't do this anymore. As a core memory of helping my grandma put her seasonal shoes away, I felt seen and immediately It made me feel like this company is thoughtful, that this isn't a “fast fashion”company, there's passion for reducing textiles and taking that time to treat their products as such. Which aligns with my values and what I remember and wish were still true. I'm still looking for high quality items that are as affordable as they can be. Timeless staple items for my work wardrobe that can we reworn for years. The material felt nice, high quality, and the design was so pretty and I love the ankle twist strap! It was very easy to get on and off and while I expected it was going to rub my heel raw, it felt relaxed. With that said, as included in the photos, theres room for improvement on production quality. The shoe had left over glue that almost looked like a scuff mark. Questioning if they were new during unboxing. Which caused me to look inside the shoes. The left shoe liner was glued funky, causing a “bunching affect” on the outer foot and an odd crease just under the big toe. I was worried that maybe it could rub it raw. I wore them around the house to see if I could handle them all day with that feeling in the office. Surprisingly, I didn't have an issue! As for the support, the kitten chunky heel felt good and it felt like they also had good support, I can see myself wearing these all day. As a 7W foot girl that misses wearing heels, for a pointed toe kitten heel shoe, I felt confident in this shoe! I would consider this wide foot friendly. Again, this is a pointed toe I knew the chance was slim! Overall, I love the value, look, and packaging. Though I haven't spoken to them, I can feel this company is trying to build quality products, I really like that. Some takeaways would be that they focus on production quality/ inspection and check your shoes if you order them.
