Taking pills, water not working? Try milk!

At my advanced age, I'm have been having some problems swallowing lots of pills. By using milk, instead of water it seems to work better. I have been mixing 1% chocolate and 2% regular milk. For some reason it makes it easier to swallow down several pills. This adds a couple of extra grams of sugar for the 8 ounces I use morning and evening. (I have been diabetic since 1989) It may be just me, but if you are having trouble with your pills, you might want to try this.

Certainly best for me. 1% is pretty cool.

This was pretty great to receive, however I know I ordered a half gallon as before. Receiving a smaller portion is a bit better for myself personally. It's the weight overall. We really appreciated receiving this product you prepared. Thank you! JDO of Bertram!
