I didn't open the package of chair covers until the day of my planned event when the tables and chairs were delivered. Especially with them being white. There was no need to open the package before hand. We are setting up and decorating, and discovered there were only 13 chair covers! I needed exactly the 25 I had ordered. So my event had 13 chairs covered and 12 horribly not covered. Beautiful gold and silver centerpieces and place settings and other decor. Then, there's these "tacky", just "tacky" looking uncovered chairs! Some are brown chairs and some or black. Which is why I ordered chair covers! UGH! You guys ruined all my work on this event because I couldn't even take pictures of the room before my guests arrived. I did take pics when the guests were there. Of course several guests sitting in the uncovered chairs were leaning towards the guest next to them for the pictures. This showed the side of the brown or black tacky looking chair they're sitting in. UGH!!! Months and months and months of preparation! Ruined because of an employee that cannot count and a non-existent Quality Assurance Department! There are no words to describe my level of disappointment.
