No way this size is anywhere near correct

There is no way these pants are 3 x and they came nowhere near the measurements in the size chart. They are poorly made, the waistband that looks elastic did not stretch at all. My very skinny husband even had trouble trying them on. I ordered them big to go over my jeans and there is absolutely no way that would have worked. Very disappointed.
