i seriously considered buying the Aura ring, and that's parting with quite a bit of money. i wasn't sure what size my finger was either, so when I found this ring for the price, I couldn't pass it up. My expectations were pretty low. However, I am happy to report that my expectations have far and away been exceeded. It connects instantly and is updated immediately. The battery life is amazing. it monitors so many things. I also wear a watch as a monitor that was much more expensive, so the information i get from the ring matches what my watch says. The only thing my watch does that the ring doesn't is tell the time. I give tuis ring 2 thumbs way way up!!!

I'm so glad I took a chance on this smart ring. I was contemplating buying the Oura Ring but since I already own an Apple Ultra watch I didn't want to spend more money on another gadget that my watch can already do. Plus there are no monthly subscription fees with this ring. I wanted something simple and something I wear and forget I even have it on. Also the battery life of this smart ring is incredible. All the metrics on the ring are so close or spot on with results on my watch too. You won't regret buying this smart ring!
