It says up to 7.0 phones whatever that means. My phone doesn't fit in that pocket and sticks way out. I like most people have a protective case on it. The pocket for keys isn't big enough to hold my normal size bundle of keys but with a carabiner I can probably hook them to the strap right in front of it. I liked the wire feed feature but since my phone won't go in good and I don't want to mess up my phone, that part sticks out too. I take my phone out to switch music or adjust fitness app. I haven't used walking yet but it fits tight for small waist now that I'm losing weight and the elastic feels strong. I still can't wait to use it for the water bottle holder. Overall, it's decent. If I would've paid more, it would be getting returned for false advertisement.
