I had no idea this was coming from China although it did arrive 13 days early and I received tracking information every step of the way. I don't know why I expected it to have sequins on it because the picture makes it look very sparkly. The material feels a little stiff and not breathable but I haven't washed it yet and I haven't worn it. The color is such a beautiful bright blue and it's very cute design so I think I'm going to keep this and probably wear it often.
