i bought this for my 1 year old even though the age suggestion says 3 because he loves music and usually drums on his keyboard. he loves itttt. i’m holding off on giving him the sticks until he’s older because he just puts them in his mouth, but he uses his hands to drum and it’s not super obnoxious. quality is good and sturdy. i love that it’s wood, i feel it will last him a long time
