okay so we know that this is a processed type protein as it's not empowered form which has less additives but for being something ready to go I highly recommend this brand. They have been around a long time and if you look them up you will see they're very reliable in what they put in their drinks. I'm not saying every ingredient is good for you, but if you need something to take to work that's quick or maybe you travel these or definitely a great source of getting a meal into your system. certain flavors cannot be bought in powder such as the peanut butter chocolate. they only make this one in the liquid form which is my favorite. then there is the coffee house blends which I do love the mocha the chocolate because I add these to my coffee. I love the powders when I'm home because I can just scoop it in and add my cold coffee to it. stir It Up at a little milk just like I would if I was having coffee. tasty meal. when I'm on the go and I have a lot of appointments I take the liquid such as this that I am giving or a review for. I tuck it in my purse and I can drink it anytime anywhere being type 1 diabetic. this is really helped keep my blood sugars more in shocked having something that I can take with me. especially if I have to do things like stress tests and they want you to bring a snack. I can bring this and be able to keep my sugars where I want them and be stable knowing exactly how much medication I need and never have to worry about highs or lose while I'm on the go. If you're not sure, I suggest you look up the ingredients to see if it's something you would mind in your protein drinks. depending on your dietary they needs this is something we all should do with products. thanks. there is another brand for those of you who have allergies by naked naked. that is the brand for someone like you. the dollar gins I recommend that because that is in its purest form and it's in powder this particular brand. they do add a lot of different things in order to make it easy to mix and also be on the go. for this, I highly recommend this product. we've been using it for years. they also have protein bars for those of you. not so much into beverages, but you could do a protein bar or even both if you're a man and you need more calories at a bar to your lunch with your shake and you'll be good to go. that'll be 60 g well $50 to 60 g of protein depending on which ones you get.

I've had so many protein shakes in the past I swear I've never drank them again. But these are absolutely delicious. They are creamy, have just a little bit of that coffee mocha taste, and no aftertaste. High protein, low calories, love it. But I should warn, they are very dairy based, and if you have a lactose intolerance, they may upset your stomach. I found that out the hard way.
