Very well made jewelry, the chain is sturdy and seems strong, all pieces capture the light making them sparkle and shine like a mullion bucks! Very beautiful set, only down side is my fiancée has small normal sized pierced holes, the post on the earrings increase in size slightly as they go up to where the bend is that rests in your ear. The earrings hurt her ears when she put them in. I contacted customer service but unfortunately there isn't a way to remedy this on their end. She found a possible solution online using Vaseline to help them glide in easier until her ears adjust to the size. (Note this is our own investigation and was not a suggestion by the selling company) She hasn't tried it yet or decided if she wants to return them for something else. Customer service was great in replying quickly to my emails within one day. They was apologetic and offered me a refund. Definitely quality jewelry from a good company with great customer service.
