Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron 6.25 Inch Skillet

I named this skillet Big Bertha, because she is strong, steady, and always comes through. This Lodge 10.25” cast iron pan has quickly become one of my most reliable pieces in the kitchen. Good to know: • It’s heavy, so I use two hands when moving it, especially when it’s hot. • Like any cast iron, it does best with simple care: don’t soak it, dry it immediately, and rub a tiny bit of oil after cleaning. I love these Lodge cast iron skillets!! I thought the 12" might be too large, so I ordered the 10'" and 8"!! I'm 62 and my wife passed early this year.
