I haven't done anything but handwash and drip dry this lovely cardigan, so I can't speak to how it wears if thrown in the washer. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend that for any item like this from any brand. But it's LOVELY. Slightly oversized, so that a person leaning to L can wear the M. If in doubt, size down, not up. Looks very expensive. Because of the stretch factor it fits harder to fit body shapes with ease, making it ideal for the elderly. However, suits many ages and styles. - my family almost all own one of these in various colors, An ideal gift. Hopefully Free Assembly will keep making this available next year as well.

I bought the black in small and it fit perfectly. It immediately became a favorite, as it's versatile. I wore with flare jeans and Sambas for a flight, then wore for a Zoom interview, as it's professional enough to pass as a suit from the shoulders up! 💜
