This is an amazing dehumidifier! I live in Fl where it's humid but it is the best for sq footage of home. I do have to empty the tank two times a day and it's heavy so if elderly, I would suggest using it with the hose and let the water drain thru a window or sink somewhere.

Arrived on time and communication from company was clear. Packaged securely and arrived in very good condition! Read the set-up instructions and plugged in machine. It has worked flawlessly since then. Brough down the humidity in our basement in just a few days. The air even smells better. We have it draining into the floor so no need to empty the reservoir for us. Just an all-around quality product that we are so pleased with. Do your research. There are more expensive units out there that do not perform like this. For us, this was a smart purchase and well worth the money spent.
