I rated this Waykar dehumidifier and the company 5 stars for a couple of reasons. The machine is so quiet and really helped reduce the humidity level in my basement. No musty smells! The customer service department is also excellent. The dehumidify had an internal issue, so after a quick test the Waykar replaced the dehumidifier. They really stand by their 1 year warranty! Amazing Machine!!!!!!!

Amazing dehumidifier. I purchased this unit put in the bedroom because it seems to always run a bit more humid than the rest of the house. Installation was easy. I routed the discharge hose through my subfloor so I never have to empty the unit. It's quiet and it keeps my room at a very comfortable 44% humidity, a humidity level that my very expensive guitars just love. If I ever need another one I will for sure buy this one. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing purchase and lifesaver

This is an amazing dehumidifier. The reviews checked out nicely so I purchase. This dehumidifier has brought my indoor humidity from 80% down to 50 to 65% (which is average). The amount of water it pulls out out of the air is insane. The hose is short so I would suggest suggesting getting a longer hose or a bucket to drain the water into. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
