- DUAL D-HANDLE STRAPS AND CHROME CONNECTOR: Dual D-handle straps adjust to four lengths and deliver smooth, steady cable pulls and a 1:2 ratio when used separately for high rep exercises. Connect both handles with the included chrome connector or other connecting attachments for a 1:1 ratio and full resistance.
